What is it about those winters? Certainly not like summer, when everybody seems to get active. It sure takes some effort to overcome the cozyness of a warm sofa, when it is cold outside, right? And going some other place to exercise is sort of a stretch as well – or is it?

Well, while the lake or beach may not be in reach just, yet, enjoying the cold season can be a lot of fun, too. And you do not even have to put on the skies, skates or get the sled out of the corner. All it takes is a smile in your heart, a partner, because having fun is always easier with somebody else 🙂 two Bailos and ball. And while you are at it, take some music along to support those good vibes.

OK, so one step at a time. Let us start with the cold. How about wrapping yourself into a comfortable winter outfit and getting started with some warm-ups:
